A splendid shop to visit. I have bought 2 pairs of shoes from jean and have been it may times, always having excellent customer services. There is also a wide selection of wedding shoes. Would definetly recommend to anyone.
Love this shop have bought shoes for couple weddings, bridesmaids show, and shoes for everyday wear. Also hat and bags. My daughter also loves this shop just turning 12. Recommended for customer service in try to colour much any sample you have.
Lovely local shop with a huge variety of beautiful items. Jean the owner is very helpful and spends a lot of time making sure you get exactly what you're looking for. Would highly recommend this wee gem of a shop
I recently shopped in Uptown Girl....Jeans service was truly wonderful ..I bought gorgeous Joe Brown shoes and a bag..a hat and some pumps!! I will return to Uptown Girl...a great shop and certainly my favourite on Cowdenbeath High Street. Keep up the great work Jean.
As I'm from Cowdenbeath, my wife and I always try and use local businesses. However, my wife was so disappointed at the poor service. Such a shame as this seems a really nice shop. Can't recommend and would advise to avoid. Normally local businesses in Cowdenbeath are great. Perhaps a little customer service training.
