I goto the aqua aerobics classes there on a Monday morning and a Wednesday morning, the instructor it called Vicky she's very good and gets you motivated, and you have fun and get a laugh, if your young or old and want to get fit and doesn't matter what size you are as we are all there for the same thing to get fit, it's never to late to start going to them.
Monthly Roller discos by United SK8S Ltd Scotland right here monthly. It's an excellent centre, the staff are helpful, a happy bunch. Proof the management are getting it right. Clean and well organised.
I go to the aqau aerobics and it's fun and gets you fit it's mostly women and don't worry about your size we are all shapes and sizes and we are all there to keep our fitness level up and get slimmer and trimmer so no excuse not give it a go, I go on a Wednesday morning at 10.15 to 11am and that's with Vicky she makes the class fun and gets you moving
I go on a Wednesday morning to Aquaerobics and love it. There are all sorts of other things to do there too. Check out the gym!
